Once a date has been agreed an invoice will be sent to you with our terms and conditions of hire on the back.  Payment of the invoice confirms hirer’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of hire. 

At present the Randall Room is available on Mondays from 7pm until the end of the evening and is fully disability accessible. This hall takes 40 seated, and is suitable for lectures, exercise classes, get togethers or meetings. For regulars, the cost is £11 per hour or pro rata and use of kitchen is included, plus free WiFi and nearby parking.
