Death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II

It was an extremely proud moment for the Harpenden Trust when we received the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service back in 2008.

For so many of us, her dignity, courage, devotion, warmth and leadership leave an inspirational legacy.

We will encourage all Harpenden Trust gatherings over this period of national mourning to observe a minute’s silence at some appropriate juncture, as a mark of respect. The Trust will also be closed on the day of Her Majesty's State Funeral.

Amazing lady.

Our thoughts are with His Majesty The King, and the rest of the Royal Family.
