Frazzled Cafe - April is Stress Awareness Month

The Stress Management Society designate each April as Stress Awareness month. Their website has lots of helpful free resource. If you would like some face to face support here in Harpenden, why not try the Frazzled Cafe?

Facilitated by volunteers from the Harpenden Trust, you will find a listening ear, a free cup of coffee and the chance to destress for an hour. The Lea Singers raised £650 for the Harpenden Trust!

On Thursday evening, local chamber choir, The Lea Singers, hosted a Christmas concert at St John’s Church, Southdown. They presented a joyful evening of beautiful singing, mince pies and mulled wine, and popular carols for all to join in with. A perfect event to get everyone in the Christmas mood. 17th Harpenden Brownies - Reverse Advent Calendar Challenge

We just want to say a huge well done to the 17th Harpenden Brownies! They meet at our Trust Halls and recently took part in a 'reverse advent calendar challenge' - collecting hygiene products for the Kings Pantry Foodbank. Busy Bees Nursery - Food Donation to the Harpenden Trust

Every year, Harpenden Trust collects food items and gives them to our most vulnerable residents living in Harpenden to help them with the cost of Christmas.
