Frazzled Cafe - ”It’s okay not to be okay”

In this hectic world, we often say “it’s okay” when we may be struggling. At Frazzled Cafe, ”It’s okay not to be okay” - come and let it all out with us!

Spaces are now available for our Frazzled Cafe x Harpenden Trust face-to-face meetings held at The Eric Morecambe Centre, Harpenden on Mondays from 21st February. Here you can find support in a small group of like minded, welcoming people. Meetings begin at 6.45pm and end at 8.00pm.
