The Harpenden Trust is expanding the range of activities and trips being offered to clients within our community.  If you would like to be part of an energetic, positive and welcoming team, whilst making a real difference in the lives of people who live in Harpenden, please contact our office on 01582 460457 or email: admin@theharpendentrust.org.uk.  Previous experience is not necessary as training can be provided.

Our Christmas Appeal starts in just over a month!! We still need a few extra willing volunteers to help deliver envelopes to a few roads in Harpenden. Take a look and if you can, please share a little Christmas love and send us a message! Our Christmas Appeal is vital in raising money for our Care Fund each year. Please share with friends and family who live in our community.

The Harpenden Trust AGM took place on Tuesday 17th October.  The evening was very well attended by both Harpenden Trust members and volunteers, and a number of guests from our local community, including many of our partnership organisations. We were also honoured to have Pip Liver, the Town Mayor, and Victoria Collins, MP for Harpenden and Berkhamstead, address the meeting.

Harpenden Trust Volunteers involved in the project which enables Harpenden Library to stay open on Wednesday afternoons had a celebration tea party last week. The project has run for over 100 weeks and in that time clocked up over 1000 volunteering hours! The Manager of Harpenden Library joined the tea party and expressed his sincere thanks to the team.
